Eddy grew up on the plateau in Tennessee. After graduating high school in 1981, spending a year playing in a working country music band, he moved to Atlanta in the winter of 1982.
Eddy and family have been Nashville since 2000.

Eddy has worked a variety of jobs, including cabinetry, architecture and audio-video engineering as well as broadcasting in both TV and radio.

 

He has been working at Hippie Radio, 10am-3pm on Saturdays, since March 2019.

Eddy and ♪♫ Jane his wife ♪♫ have been married since July 1986. They have three children all living in the Nashville area.

Eddy is very active in his Greek Orthodox parish and enjoys photography as well as listening and playing music.
